Adecco is currently collaborating with one of the Mining companies in their search for a talented Performance & Reward Manager to join their team in South Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Performance and Reward Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's performance management framework and total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. The role ensures fair, competitive, and performance-driven compensation programs that align with business objectives and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management
- Design and manage the company's performance appraisal system and annual performance cycle.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure consistent performance evaluation processes.
- Facilitate goal-setting, performance calibration, and talent review sessions.
- Provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement and development planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management tools and processes.
2. Compensation and Benefits (Reward Management)
- Develop and maintain the company's compensation and benefits structure in line with market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Manage annual salary review, bonus, and incentive programs.
- Conduct benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations to maintain fair pay structures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to payroll, taxation, and benefits.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health, insurance, and wellness programs.
3. Policy and Framework Development
- Review and update performance and reward policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Develop total reward strategies that reinforce performance culture and employee engagement.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and business units to align reward strategies with business performance and budget.
4. Data and Analytics
- Provide performance and compensation analytics to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports on performance ratings, merit increases, and pay equity analysis.
- Track KPIs related to performance, retention, and compensation effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPD, CCP, SHRM, CHRP) is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 58 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in performance and/or reward management.
- Proven experience in designing or implementing performance and reward frameworks.
- Experience in managing compensation benchmarking and market surveys.
- Exposure to both strategic and operational HR practices.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compensation regulations.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance fairness, competitiveness, and business priorities.
