Job Description:
- Ownership of the Performance Management Framework, including the design, implementation, administration, and communication
- Demonstrated experience in using Performance Management System (HRIS) functionality to efficiently deploy end to end Performance Management activities
- Targeted performance management processes improvements, to drive accelerated business adoption and performance culture
- Ensure Manager enablement configuration, and resources to help the business optimise the Performance Management functionality are deployed
- Design, develop, implement and drive relevant HR policies
- Assess, control and monitor important Compliance-related risks
- Identify gaps or conflicts in existing processes and proactively monitor and measure internal control effectiveness, develop and own action items to remediate identified issues
- Work with multiple stakeholders and functions to coordinate HR processes
- Partner with HR teams to share best practices, improve current policies or propose new initiatives
- Benchmark with other industry organizations to keep abreast of trends in the industry and current best practices/techniques
- Share HR and compliance best practices with the team and business functions
- Manage or participate on special projects/programs/continuous improvement initiatives as needed
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Performance Management System Design and Implementation
- Demonstrated track record in designing, developing, implementing, and driving HR policies that support organizational goals
- Must be fluent in English
- Willing to be located in Jakarta
