Affiliads is seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our team and manage Meta Ads Management Service (AMS) for brand clients in Indonesia.
This role is designed for a professional with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, with a strong performance-driven and data-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Manage campaigns end-to-end under Ads Management Service (AMS)
- Conduct audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, and scaling
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and perform data-driven optimizations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams on content, strategy, and reporting
- Prepare performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations
- Ensure campaigns comply with Meta policies and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 13 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
- Proven experience managing live advertising budgets (brand or agency side)
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
- Solid understanding of funnel structure, campaign objectives, and creative analysis
- Comfortable working with performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, CTR, and ROAS
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and performance-driven
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
