Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and maximizing revenue through the implementation of performance marketing strategies for our clients across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including but not limited to: paid search, Install, display, and social media (Google, Meta, Tiktok, Ad Networks, etc)
• Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, data collection, and Account teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients to inform decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and how they can be used to drive growth
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other relevant marketing tools
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
