Performance Marketing Intern

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in setting up paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
2. Support campaign preparation, including inputting targeting, creative assets, and campaign details based on given instructions.
3. Help monitor campaign performance and ensure campaigns are running properly.
4. Assist in basic campaign adjustments based on guidance from the Performance Marketing team.
5. Help maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and reports accurately.
6. Assist in preparing simple performance reports for internal use.
7. Support the team in handling multiple campaign tasks across different markets.

Job Requirements

1. Final-year student or fresh graduate (S1) from any major.
2. Basic understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or similar) is a plus.
3. Willingness to learn about digital advertising and campaign performance.
4. Basic English reading and understanding skills.
5. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
6. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
7. Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (2 days Work From Office per week) at the Tangerang office.
