  • Own the performance of Online Marketing of 2 biggest product in credit
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Online Marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and programmatic channels
  • Manage budget pacing, bidding, audience structure, and campaign setup directly
  • Translate regional strategy into clear local execution plans
  • Challenge strategy with data-backed insights when local performance requires it
  • Design and run A/B tests for creatives, messages, and channel performance
  • Analyze campaign data and turn it into actionable insights
  • Prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with local and regional teams to improve OM results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Strong experience personally managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, and programmatic / retargeting platforms
  • Strong understanding of bidding, budget pacing, audience structure, campaign setup, and channel optimization
  • Familiar with tracking and attribution fundamentals, including GA / GA4, GTM, and MMP tools such as Appsflyer
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests and performance experiments
  • Able to analyze campaign data and turn it into actionable insights
  • Able to challenge strategy with evidence, logic, and data-backed recommendations
  • Strong communication skills in English and Indonesia
  • Experience in fintech, lending, BNPL, or other regulated industries is a plus
  • Experience working with regional stakeholders is a plus
