Job Description

Own the local OM and SEO performance for Monee Credit Product
Plan, execute, and optimize OM campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and programmatic channels
Manage budget pacing, bidding, audience structure, and channel setup directly
Translate regional strategy into local execution plans
Challenge regional or existing strategy with data-backed insights when needed
Design and run A/B tests for creatives, messaging, and channel performance
Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and marketing data to generate actionable insights
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders
Own SEO strategy and execution across landing pages, blog articles, FAQ, and Help Center content
Improve keyword clusters, search visibility, content structure, and on-page SEO performance
Support both traditional search and emerging generative search / AI Overviews
Guide, review, and mentor the SEO Content & Copywriting Intern
Ensure content and campaign outputs support business goals, brand goals, and search performance goals

Requirements

Min 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Experience managing campaigns directly on Meta, TikTok, Google, and programmatic platforms
Strong understanding of bidding, budget pacing, audience structure, tracking, and attribution
Strong experience using AI
Familiar with GA / GA4, GTM, and MMP tools such as Appsflyer
Experience in A/B testing and experiment planning
Hands-on SEO experience across landing pages, blog articles, FAQ, and Help Center content
Strong understanding of keyword clusters, search intent, competitor analysis, and content optimization
Able to turn performance data into actionable insights
Able to challenge strategy with evidence and clear reasoning
Strong communication skills in English
Bahasa Indonesia is strongly preferred
Experience in fintech, lending, BNPL, or regulated industries is a plus
Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Similarweb, and Google Search Console is a plus
Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus
