Role Description

To assist with operational tasks related to Meta Ads and Google monitoring, lead tracking, report preparation, and Facebook page management, so campaign operations and reporting can run more efficiently.

•⁠ ⁠Daily monitoring of active Meta campaigns and ad spend, and notifying when top-up is needed.

•⁠ ⁠Logging ad performance data and paid leads into the tracking spreadsheet.

•⁠ ⁠Assisting with weekly and monthly ads reporting by preparing and organizing performance data.

•⁠ ⁠Assisting Facebook page operations when needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide marketing strategies.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the real estate or property industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics platforms is a plus.
