Job Description

  • Develop and plan digital marketing campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, design, and product) to ensure campaign materials and messaging are aligned.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and key marketing metrics.
  • Optimize campaign effectiveness through data-driven strategies, A/B testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and control campaign budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of marketing spend.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights to support marketing strategy and future campaign planning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing or digital campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with paid ads platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics
  • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM)
  • Strong analytical thinking with experience in campaign optimization & A/B testing
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
