Job Description:
- Develop & Maintain Operations Key Performance Indicator & other Performance Metrics
- Improve Operations Performance by providing relevant performance analysis & report
- Responsible for operations incentive calculation based on performance result
- Responsible for all report from operations field & non field team
- Responsible for hourly operations performance report
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from Computer Science/Information Systems (or equivalent work experience) or any related field
- Minimum 4 years experience working with one or more language for querying (SQL)
- Familiar with basic SQL, proficiency in using data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
- Previous experience in performance management, data analysis, or related roles within an e-commerce warehouse environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including excellent presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, interpret performance data, passionate to learn new things and challenge the status quo to seek for improvement areas
- Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers and ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
