Job Description

  • Technically design and enhance or customize Peoplesoft application as per Business Requirement.
  • Handle PeopleSoft HCM Module such as Workforce Administration, Absence Management, Global Payroll, and Medical Reimbursement, etc.
  • Doing a System Testing or Conduct User Training
  • Create documentation (Functional Specification Design, User Manual, Testing Documentation, etc)
  • Doing support and maintenance to all Peoplesoft modules
  • Give recommendation in technical part of PeopleSoft Application related to database and server.
  • Understand Business Concept or Business Flow of HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
  • Having good knowledge in HRIS such as Oracle Peoplesoft or other HRIS Application
  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
  • At least 1-2 years experience in designing and developing application
  • Having good knowledge programming language such as C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET (MVC, API, Web Form), HTML, CSS, JQuery, Angular JS, or Coldfusion.
  • Having good technical knowledge in SQL Server or Oracle DB such as SQL, Store Procedure, Function, Trigger, etc.
  • Fluent in English
