People Strategy Intern:
Job Description
- Assist People Strategy and/or People Analytics Associate in handling all BAU administrative, including data collections, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Assist TA Leads in data collections and monitoring to ensure that all candidate data is complete for audit purposes.
- Support People Strategy team in the OKR/initiatives implementation.
Requirements
- Current student or fresh graduate in any major; Psychology/Communication major is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Meticulous with data and administrative tasks.
- Tech-savvy.
- Willing to work in a highly agile environment.
- Available for at least 3 months of internship.
Office location: Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia
Working arrangement: Hybrid
