  • Build and own the People Development journey from scratch, creating meaningful learning and growth experiences across Fore Coffee.
  • Design and run employee engagement programs that truly connect with our people and support long-term retention.
  • Shape Fore Coffee's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) as the foundation of our culture, people programs, and retention strategy.
  • Develop and manage employee assessment and promotion frameworks to ensure fair, transparent, and growth-oriented career progression.
  • Work closely with leaders and stakeholders to align people development initiatives with business goals.
  • Use insights, feedback, and data to continuously improve people development and engagement programs.
  • Lead, coach, and support the People Development team in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Job requirements

  • 58 years of experience in People Development, Learning & Development, or similar HR roles.
  • Strong experience in building people development initiatives from the ground up.
  • Background in F&B and/or retail is a big plus.
  • Solid understanding of employee engagement, EVP, and talent assessment for promotion.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsyou're comfortable working with different teams and levels.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team with empathy and clarity.
  • Hands-on, agile, and people-driven, with a passion for growing others.
