Drive the comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy and Employer Branding to attract top-tier talent and build a robust candidate pipeline aligned with company culture.
Lead Organizational Development initiatives, including succession planning, career pathing, and competency mapping to ensure long-term organizational health.
Oversee the Performance Management ecosystem (OKRs/KPIs), fostering a meritocratic culture focused on continuous feedback and accountability.
Design and execute employee engagement and retention strategies that maintain high morale and a positive working environment across the company.
Partner with the Executive Team to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies, policies, and workforce plans.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Development (OD), Strategic Workforce Planning, and Talent Management to support rapid business scaling.
Strong data literacy with the ability to leverage HR Analytics for driving strategic decisions on retention, compensation, & productivity.
Proven leadership track record in fostering a high-performance culture, managing change, and developing strong HR Business Partnering capabilities.
