Job Description:

  • Drive the comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy and Employer Branding to attract top-tier talent and build a robust candidate pipeline aligned with company culture.
  • Lead Organizational Development initiatives, including succession planning, career pathing, and competency mapping to ensure long-term organizational health.
  • Oversee the Performance Management ecosystem (OKRs/KPIs), fostering a meritocratic culture focused on continuous feedback and accountability.
  • Design and execute employee engagement and retention strategies that maintain high morale and a positive working environment across the company.
  • Partner with the Executive Team to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies, policies, and workforce plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Development (OD), Strategic Workforce Planning, and Talent Management to support rapid business scaling.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to leverage HR Analytics for driving strategic decisions on retention, compensation, & productivity.
  • Proven leadership track record in fostering a high-performance culture, managing change, and developing strong HR Business Partnering capabilities.
