What youll do (Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to conceptualize, design, and create visually engaging materials that align with the company&aposs brand identity, while ensuring honesty and authenticity in how we represent ourselves.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall aesthetics of internal communications that reflect the company&aposs culture and values, always ensuring empathy in tone and inclusivity in design.
- Stay current with design trends and industry best practices to continually improve the quality and impact of deliverables, demonstrating agility in adapting new approaches.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants, with a focus on creating connections that foster trust, understanding, and adaptability.
What capabilities youll need (Requirements):
- Bachelors degree in Communication Science, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Excellent creativity and the ability to think outside the box when conceptualizing design ideas.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Understanding of Marketing & Branding Principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders, grounded in honesty and empathy.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and consistency in all design work.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt with agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination is a plus.
Bonus points if you have the following skills:
- Strong and varied computer software knowledge required (i.e. Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Slide).
