Recruitment/Acquisition: Manage full-cycle hiring process, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate KPI results, support data analysis, and (preferably) build KPI dashboard to support decision-making
Competency Framework: Develop and finalize competency dictionary, support leaders in identifying key functional competencies, ensure all modules are well documented and updated
Learning & Development: Ensure each training runs smoothly, including post-training evaluation and monitoring trainer assessments
Engagement & Culture: Initiate, facilitate, and execute engagement programs, fostering a productive and positive work environment
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Hiring & Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Talent Development, Engagement & Culture (HRBP/OD highly preferred)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
