About the Role
As our People Business Partner for the GoTo Corporate team, you'll serve as a strategic and trusted advisor within our People and Culture (PAC) organization, partnering closely with leaders across key corporate functions. You'll balance business priorities with people needs, offering both strategic insights and hands-on support to executive-level stakeholders. Starting as an individual contributor, this role may evolve into leading a team of People Business Partners in the future. You'll also contribute to cross-functional and regional initiatives, sharing best practices and helping to strengthen people strategies across the GoTo ecosystem.
About the Team
The Corporate People Business Partner (PBP) team is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and plays a critical role in shaping how GoTo's corporate functions operate and grow. Each team member partners with at least one executive leader, focusing on areas like organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, change management, talent management, and the delivery of key PAC programs such as pay and promotion cycles, engagement surveys, and talent reviews.
