People and Culture Manager

About the Role

We are representing our client, a growing technology company, in the search for a People & Culture Manager to drive people strategy, talent management, and employee experience initiatives. This role will partner closely with business leaders to build a high performing, engaged, and scalable organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, and people strategy.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Develop learning & development programs to strengthen employee and leadership capabilities.
• Oversee compensation & benefits reviews and employee retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage employee relations matters.
• Improve HR processes, HRIS, and people analytics to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Management, Law, or related field.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of HR/People experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, digital, startup, or high-growth environments.
• Strong background in business partnering, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS and people analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
