We are looking for a People & Culture Intern to join our team immediately and support our HRIS transition project! This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about HR, systems, and process improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree or a final semester students.
- Prior internship experience is a plus
- Strong interest in HR systems, data management, and process development
- Skills in project coordination, reporting, and analysis
- Ability to understand data structures and system architecture
- Logical thinker with a system-oriented mindset
- Able to join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Support HRIS migration project
- Assist with data migration, system preparation, and documentation for go-live
- Help develop and improve HRIS processes
- Provide support through the end-to-end performance review cycle
- Prepare reports and analysis to support decision-making
