Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate the implementation of the Performance Management System within DSLNG, including monitoring the completion of each PMS period in accordance with the established timeline. Provide accurate employee-related data to managers, employees, and relevant stakeholders, as well as identify and resolve system issues to ensure an effective and timely PMS process.
  • Prepare and coordinate with related managers to organize the employee assessment process for promotion. Ensure all required documents are complete and the assessment process is conducted effectively in line with the targeted timeline.
  • Analyze employee assessment reports to identify development areas and provide recommendations for development plans, ensuring employees are well-prepared and equipped for future promotion opportunities.
  • Prepare and organize Coaching and Mentoring Programs based on Performance Improvement Plans, ensuring the programs are effectively implemented by assigned coaches and/or mentors.
  • Maintain and update the employee database, identify requirements for employee deployment requests, and prepare necessary deployment documents. Coordinate the deployment process with relevant stakeholders to ensure completeness and smooth execution.
  • Analyze submitted promotion recommendations to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures. Prepare and organize promotion-related documentation and processes within the established timeframe.
  • Identify key positions and prepare succession planning recommendations based on employee assessment results and performance data, ensuring the availability of a strong talent pool in line with organizational needs.
  • Prepare and organize the Transfer of Knowledge and Expertise (TOKE)process to ensure timely implementation in accordance with regulatory requirements and ensure proper documentation for reporting to the Ministry of Manpower.
  • Prepare and organize required personnel documents related to the Foreign Manpower Planning Utilization Plan, including but not limited to TOKE reports, mentee assignment documentation, and expatriate work plans.
  • Provide recommendations to improve policies, procedures, business processes, and work instructions within the talent management scope to strengthen company regulations and operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare Employment Status Review documents to support recommendations related to employee employment status evaluation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Psychology or Human Resources or Management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource with 3 (three) years in talent management, development and culture within the energy sector or manufacturing sector.
  • SKKNI - Human Resources Staff.
  • Certified Talent Management Professional is preferable.

Working Schedule & Point of Assignment:

  • Normal working schedule (Work from Office & Work from Home available).
  • Located at the Jakarta Office
