The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for People & Culture within the cluster through robust HR strategies aligned to overall Cluster business strategy and corporate/ group HR priorities.
- Ensure clear standardized HR processes across the cluster and time to time audit for compliance and provide necessary guidance to the team.
Qualifications
- Min 7 years of relevant post qualifying experience with at least 2-3 years as Manager HR in a similar sized manufacturing organization
- Organization Behaviors, related theories & principles
- Labour legislation and their applicability on the job
- Contemporary People & Organization Development tools & techniques
- Business knowledge
- Demonstrated evidence of complex problem handling and influencing at senior level.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English
- Degree/ full qualification in management/ Human Resource or a related field
- Masters Degree in Human Resource/ Business Management from a recognized institute would be advantageous
- Willingness to travel within and outside the country
