Penetration Tester

Job Description:

Sawah Cyber Security is looking for a genuinely passioned Penetration Tester to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. As a pentester, youll be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities in IT infrastructures and (web) applications by simulating real-world attacks to discover and fix security gaps together with our customer. You are also able to present your findings and recommendations on a technical level to our client in clear language they understand.

You will work on short term and long term (continuous pentesting) projects with projects across different industries, helping our customers protecting themselves from cyber threats. You will work closely with our cyber security team and our customers. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia language are required (speaking and writing).

As the IT landscape is continuously evolving, you will need to continuous learn and stay updated on the latest cyber security trends and treats. Certification are not required for this role, as long as your eager to learn and grow.

Requirements:

• Passionate about cyber security!
• Proven experience as a Pentester or similar role within the IT field.
• In-depth knowledge of common vulnerabilities and how to exploit them.
• Familiarity with common pentesting tools/frameworks/methodologies (for example: Nmap, BurpSuite Professional, Kali Linux, Metasploit and OWASP Top 10)
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (for example: frameworks such as React/Angular/Vue.js, WebSockets, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, APIs and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GoogleCloud
• Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash and PowerShell and/or programming languages such as C++, Java and .NET is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Certifications preferred, not required (OSCP, OSCE3, OSWE, OSWA, eWPTX, CRTP, CRTE, eCPPTX, GWAPT or similar)
