Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts in the health & beauty category.
• Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and promotional calendars.
• Drive revenue, market share, and profitability for PC Categories.
• Build strong relationships & lead negotiations with buyers, category managers, and trade partners.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure flawless in-store execution.
• Monitor inventory levels, demand planning, and shipment accuracy.
• Prepare business reviews and present insights to internal stakeholders.

Candidate Criteria

• Min 2 years experience in sales or account management. Experience in Health & Beauty retailers or Beauty / Personal Care category will be advantage.
• Proven ability to grow and manage key accounts
• Skilled in negotiation, communication, and building client relationships
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, sales data, forecasting)
• Experience with major retailers/marketplaces and executing Joint Business Plans
• Ability to manage P&L, pricing, and trading terms
• Track record in improving supply chain performance (fill-rate, OOS)
• Strategic, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
