We are looking for a
Payroll & Tax Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory payroll and tax regulations. This role is critical in delivering accurate payroll, maintaining employee trust, and supporting smooth HR and finance operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in payroll administration and taxation.
Responsibilites
- Process end-to-end payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and comprehensive payroll reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
- Calculate, administer, and report statutory obligations, including PPh 21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and BPJS Kesehatan, ensuring full compliance with prevailing regulations.
- Review, evaluate, and continuously improve payroll-related processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Investigate, reconcile, and resolve payroll discrepancies, including employee inquiries and data inconsistencies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation to support audits and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (e.g., tax consultants or BPJS offices) as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a mid-sized or large organization.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Proven experience using HRIS or payroll systems for payroll processing and reporting.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
