Job Description

Job Description:

  • Execute end to end payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payments in accordance with company policies and payroll schedules
  • Manage and consolidate payroll data submissions including attendance records, incentives, and other payroll-related components from multiple sources
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and cross-checking to ensure payroll data accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final processing
  • Act as the main point of contact for external audits related to payroll compliance, including tax and BPJS documentation and data preparation.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for corporate benefits administration and ensure proper data reconciliation and timely processing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and handling large datasets
  • Solid understanding of payroll components and Indonesian regulations, specifically PPh 21 income tax and BPJS
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and data verification skills to maintain a high level of payroll accuracy
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties
