The role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate payroll and benefits administration across operational and corporate functions, while maintaining compliance with labor regulations and supporting a structured, safety-driven work environment. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, meticulous, and comfortable managing complex data within a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage end to end employee payroll and benefits administration in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Process and monitor employee benefit claims, including insurance claims
- Maintain and update employee insurance data (registration, changes, and termination) with external providers
- Review and validate payroll variables (overtime, attendance, prorate, etc.), including outsourced employee data and vendor invoices
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of payroll processing, including PPh 21 calculation and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, payroll processes, and PPh 21
- Experience handling payroll systems and HRIS
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
