Job Description:

  • Melaksanakan proses payroll klien secara menyeluruh termasuk:
  • Input dan validasi data payroll
  • Pembuatan laporan payroll, slip gaji, dan file transfer bank
  • Perhitungan dan pelaporan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan
  • Mengerjakan dan melaporkan PPh 21/26 serta PPh 23/26, PPh 25/29, PPh 4 ayat 2, dan PPN (berdasarkan permintaan)
  • Menyusun draft jurnal penggajian berdasarkan hasil perhitungan payroll yang telah disetujui, sesuai dengan format dan struktur akun yang diberikan oleh klien (berdasarkan permintaan).
  • Menyiapkan dan monitoring terhadap pekerjaan Payroll Admin jika tim menangani klien dengan layanan administrasi tambahan seperti pembuatan, perpanjangan atau pemutusan hubungan kerja, monitoring status kontrak dan laporan terkait.
  • Membantu dalam pengadaan/pembaruan asuransi bagi karyawan klien sesuai permintaan klien, termasuk mengurus mulai dari pendaftaran, update, dan penagihan ke klien.
  • Menjaga kerahasiaan data klien dan dokumen penting yang berkaitan dengan proses penggajian dan ketenagakerjaan termasuk pajak, BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Mengerjakan hal lain yang diharapkan oleh klien dengan berkonsultasi dengan atasan atau Direktur bila ada masalah.
  • Mengidentifikasi masalah dan melaporkan masalah kepada atasan.
  • Menjaga hubungan dengan klien dengan setiap saat tanggap atas permintaan ataupun keluhan klien.
  • Berinisiatif membantu rekan lain atau atasan ataupun memberikan usulan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan jika diperlukan.
  • Membantu dalam penagihan invoice dan monitoring masa berlaku proposal.
  • Menjalankan budaya perusahaan.

  • Bertanggung jawab termasuk bersedia bekerja lembur bila dibutuhkan

  • Komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.

Keahlian Teknis

  • S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan atau Jurusan lain terkait dengan angka
  • Kemampuan mengoperasikan Microsoft Office khususnya Excel level intermediate (mampu menggunakan fungsi seperti VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, dan fungsi logika bersyarat (nested IF) untuk memanipulasi dan menganalisis data serta pivot table)
  • Kemampuan mengoperasikan software Payroll menjadi nilai tambah
  • Memiliki Brevet A & B menjadi nilai tambah
  • Mampu berkomunikasi menggunakan Bahasa Inggris lebih disukai
