Job Description

Payroll Administrator & Operations Specialist

SKINTIFIC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator & Operations Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you will manage payroll processes efficiently and ensure accuracy in all payroll-related activities. Additionally, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our business by supporting various administrative and operational tasks.

Location: Mega Kuningan (WFO)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting Payroll Manager to process payroll accurately and on time for all employees, including salary, hourly, and contract workers
  • Maintain employee records, including updating payroll information, tax withholding, and deductions
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling as needed
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Min. 2 years of proven experience in payroll administration or related field
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
  • Proficiency in payroll software Sunfish, GreatDay, or similar
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • Able to join ASAP
