Payroll Administrator & Operations Specialist
SKINTIFIC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator & Operations Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you will manage payroll processes efficiently and ensure accuracy in all payroll-related activities. Additionally, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our business by supporting various administrative and operational tasks.
Location: Mega Kuningan (WFO)
Responsibilities
- Assisting Payroll Manager to process payroll accurately and on time for all employees, including salary, hourly, and contract workers
- Maintain employee records, including updating payroll information, tax withholding, and deductions
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling as needed
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Min. 2 years of proven experience in payroll administration or related field
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software Sunfish, GreatDay, or similar
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Discretion with confidential information
- Able to join ASAP
