Job Description

Hiring an experiencedQA Leadwith strong Payments domain expertise and hands-onISO 20022 migrationexperience. Responsible for end-to-end test leadership for high-value and cross-border payment systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for ISO 20022 migration programs.
  • Responsible for managing test environments, test data
  • Prepare test plans
  • Validate ISO 20022 message formats (pacs/pain/camt), schema mapping & transformation.
  • Oversee functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing for payment systems.
  • Manage and mentor QA teams (manual & automation).
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams for requirement analysis & defect triage.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial standards.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 7+ years in IT experience
  • Good leadership skills to be able to manage the workflow for the team
  • Strong Payments domain expertise: RTGS, ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, etc.
  • Deep ISO 20022 experienceMX messages, XSD validation, mapping from MT to MX.
  • Experience with API & XML testing tools (Postman, SOAPUI, XSD validators).
  • Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA/ALM/Zephyr).
  • Good understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium/RestAssured/Karate).
