Job Description

As a Partnerships Development Executive, you will drive new customer acquisition through strategic partnership from software companies, agencies to educational & training companies. This role combines business development, relationship management, and go-to-market execution to expand our reach and accelerate growth.

  • Source and establish new partnerships with software vendors, agencies, system integrators, technology platforms and educational/training companies
  • Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives and joint sales motions that expand market penetration
  • Drive new client acquisition through partner channels
  • Train and support partners to effectively position and sell our solutions, including providing sales tools, product knowledge, and ongoing support
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to build joint value propositions and partnership campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor partnerships, and ecosystem dynamics to identify new opportunities and optimize partnership strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of partner leads, opportunities, and performance metrics in CRM

Qualifications

  • 25 years experience in B2B SaaS or tech partnerships or business development with experience closing deals
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable selling to business owners, marketers, and operational leaders in service industries
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to understand customer workflows and position a solution (not just a product)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Bonus: Experience selling CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement tools
