Job Description:

Identify, research, and evaluate potential business partners (companies, organizations, institutions).
Support partnership outreach, meetings, and follow-up communications.
Help onboard new partners and maintain ongoing relationships.
Manage day-to-day partner relationships and ensure smooth collaboration.
Coordinate joint business initiatives, campaigns, projects, etc.
Track partnership performance, KPIs, and revenue impact.
Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for partners.
Maintain partner databases and CRM records.
Act as a point of contact for partner communication.
Collaborate with internal teams (Value Chain, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Business teams).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, communications, or related field is common)
Extensive experience with a min of 5 years in the field
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder/relationship-management skills.
Ability to work with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or presentation software, including basic data analysis and reporting skills
Analytical mindset with basic business and financial understanding
Well-groomed appearance and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Problem solving and relationship building mindset
