Job Description

We're looking for a driven and dataminded Partnership & Loyalty Manager to elevate our Ascott Star Rewards program and grow longterm customer value. This role blends loyalty strategy, member engagement, data analytics, and brand partnerships to drive sustainable business impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Grow ASR member acquisition and increase member revenue contribution through targeted campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze loyalty performance (active member ratio, repeat stay behaviour, engagement & redemption trends) and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Lead the ASR Campaign Plan endtoend from planning, execution and optimization, to drive repeat business and retention.
  • Develop value-driven partnerships that deliver revenue, brand exposure, and added benefits for ASR members.
  • Enhance member satisfaction & NPS by continuously improving the member experience.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to ensure loyalty campaigns are wellamplified across platforms.
  • Track KPIs, build reports, and present clear insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate of any related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing loyalty, CRM, or membership programs (hospitality/retail preferred).
  • Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
  • Solid ability to read data and extract insights.
  • Hands-on in driving campaigns and partnership initiatives from idea to execution.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Proactive, creative, and passionate about customer loyalty and growth.
