Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Min. 3 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, or Corporate Relations
- Experienced in handling Strategic Partnership with third parties
- Proven track record in Partnership Development & Alliance building
- Familiar with Sponsorship & collaboration projects (event, brand, media, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Experience in property industry is a plus
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to lead initiatives independently
