Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain partnership strategy, frameworks, and operating models.

2. Standardize policies, templates, and governance processes for partnership lifecycle.

3. Support negotiation, evaluation, onboarding, and renewal of key partners.

4. Monitor partnership performance and provide insights, reports, and recommendations.

5. Enable internal teams through training, playbooks, and advisory support.

6. Maintain alignment with legal, compliance, finance, product, and leadership teams.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).

2. 3+ years experience in partnership management, strategy, ecosystem development, or related roles.

3. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to build frameworks, analyze data, and translate insights into decisions.

5. Experience with governance, legal compliance, or regulated industries is a plus
