Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments that align with the Shopee strategic goals and objectives
Conduct end-to-end partnership project management and coordination of the recommended solutions
Actively collaborate with stakeholders from cross-divisions and cross-business units
Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective partners
Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms that benefit all parties involved
Generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement
Monitor and measure the performance of partnerships against predefined metrics and goals
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and above with 4+ years of experience in project management or business partnership management
Strong analytical, forecasting, and change management skills
Able to collaborate with stakeholders to execute strategic plans
Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
