Role Summary
This is a project-based, fully remote role designed for a proactive content creator who excels in transforming educational and motivational concepts into visually compelling Instagram posts. You will be the main driver for Go Equalize's visibility and engagement on Instagram. Success in this position is measured by the consistent delivery of high-quality, on-brand content (34 posts per week) that resonates with our audience, driving increased engagement metrics (likes, shares, saves, comments) and follower growth. Your contributions are vital to achieving our overall mission of empowering a wider community through accessible digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Production: Independently plan, conceptualize, and produce 34 original, high-quality posts for Instagram per week (including carousels, Reels, and static posts).
- Visual Execution: Perform all necessary editing and graphic design using industry-standard tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) to ensure visual coherence and alignment with the Go Equalize brand identity.
- Copywriting: Draft clear, compelling, and grammatically precise English captions that effectively communicate the post's educational or motivational message.
- Platform Expertise: Monitor and apply current Instagram best practices, format specifications, and emerging content trends (especially for Reels) to maximize organic reach.
- Quality & Deadline Management: Ensure all weekly content deliverables are met on schedule and maintain a high standard of accuracy and presentation before publishing.
