Responsibilities
- Ensure that the design and quality of packaging meet the required standards to support optimal product development.
- Develop, revise, and check packaging dummies (mock-ups).
- Develop systems to ensure packaging compliance across departments (R&D, Regulatory, QA/QC, and manufacturing).
- Support packaging trials.
- Ensure document completeness related to packaging trials and packaging sample analysis.
- Support compliance checking and stock in WH.
- Close monitoring with other departments to ensure NPD packaging materials are approved and arrive on time.
Requirements
- Education: D3/D4/S1 in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Vocational School with a focus on Packaging Development.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of packaging development and packaging quality tests (e.g., O2TR, WVTR, leak testing, BCT, stacking test, transport test, etc.).
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Able to use basic applications to support packaging development, such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.
- Able to assist in revising designs to support the market authorization process (BPOM RI / FDA/ MOH) and export countries.
