What u need :
- Bachelor's Degree with minimal GPA 3.00, majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Design / Chemical Engineering/ or any related fields.
- Proficient in operating AutoCAD for technical drawings and skilled in designing, engineering, and developing types and kinds of packaging materials.
- Strong knowledge about the packaging materials, packaging machine process, packaging barriers, and inspection methods
- Strong knowledge about the development process flow & quality control and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Experienced in managing suppliers and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of packaging materials.
What u will do :
- Develop and design innovative & effective packaging solutions for products, while conducting inspections and analyses of competitors packaging materials.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Manage multiple packaging development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Oversee the packaging development budget and ensure cost control.
- Coordinate with OEM/Toll manufacturing parties regarding the planning of packaging development processes, as well as process improvements, including quality and workflow enhancements.
