Owned Estimator & Design Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior design team to ensure high-quality design outcomes that meet specifications and project timelines.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design technologies to provide innovative design solutions.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure the successful execution of design plans.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare reports and documentation for project milestones and outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• years of experience in interior design, with a focus on project management.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a design team.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
