Owned Digital Asset & Messaging Specialist
- Manage digital messaging campaigns by scheduling message deliveries, performing audience segmentation, and optimizing overall messaging performance.
- Ensure smooth technical execution of digital message delivery processes and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Maintain and manage website content to ensure it remains relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's communication strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance by measuring delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (such as PDP and anti-spam requirements) across all messaging activities.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, messaging campaign management, CRM operations, or related digital communication roles.
- Hands-on experience managing email, SMS, push notification, or other digital messaging channels.
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or similar.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital messaging platforms, campaign scheduling, audience segmentation, and delivery optimization.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic content updates is an advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to message delivery or content management.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and anti-spam policies (e.g., PDP, GDPR principles, CAN-SPAM).
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and email marketing systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Braze, MoEngage).
