The Role

We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to support a global client's expansion in the English-speaking South East Asian market.

You will focus on generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and building client relationships through strategic outreach. This role is critical in driving the client's regional sales development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales development activities: inbound lead follow-up, cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting
  • Engage with prospects across the SEA market, tailoring communication to diverse business environments
  • Utilize CRM, dialler systems, and email automation tools to manage outreach and data accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date contact databases and sales records
  • Participate in client briefings, training, and continuous performance improvement

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales development, business development, IT pre-sales, or similar outbound roles
  • Fluent professional business English (spoken and written)
  • Confident with computers, CRM software, and sales tools
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with outbound sales calls to business professionals
  • Relevant higher education is a plus
