Who We're Looking For

• Preferably has 1+ years of experience in logistic, warehouse finish good roles, based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry
• Fluent in English,
• A strong believer in the power of winning together,
• Excited about being part of a dream,
• Strong understanding of packing, and finish goods product,
• Good communication and coordination skills with logistics partners.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Able to use MS Office Programs actively,
• Able to come to our site in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatera

What You'll Be Doing

Outbound Controller is responsible for controlling and monitoring outbound activities, including finished goods preparation, loading, shipment coordination, documentation, and ensuring safe, timely, and accurate deliveries in compliance with company procedures and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and monitor outbound activities including finished goods preparation, loading, and shipment to customers or ports.
• Ensure outbound processes comply with delivery schedules, quantity, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, QC, and Logistics/Transporters to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
• Prepare and verify outbound documents (DO, packing list, COA, MSDS, shipping instruction).
• Monitor loading activities for bulk, ISO tank, flexibag, and drum packaging.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, and company procedures during outbound operations.
• Handle and report outbound issues such as delivery delays, discrepancies, or damages.
• Maintain accurate outbound records and daily shipment reports.-
