About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven OTT Operation & Monetization Manager to oversee our OTT platform operations and maximize revenue opportunities. You will manage daily OTT service performance, ensure an exceptional user experience, and develop monetization strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily OTT platform operations, ensuring service stability, content delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical, content, and marketing teams to enhance platform performance and user engagement.
- Develop, implement, and optimize monetization strategies (subscriptions, advertising, partnerships).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- Manage relationships with OTT technology vendors, content providers, and advertisers.
- Stay updated on OTT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in OTT operations, digital media, or streaming services.
- Strong understanding of OTT monetization models and digital advertising.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with OTT analytics tools, CMS, and ad management platforms is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
