Evaluate and identify opportunities to increase team and organization efficiency and effectiveness across departments
Assess and map high potentials talent, and build development programs. Responsible for employee assessment activities for any need (mapping, rotation, transfer, promotion or demotion)
Analyze job positions and do research about scope of work in each position for making job description
Handling HR projects based on company's needs. Works collaboratively with the organization (departments/functional) leaders and other HR team to develop and implement OD solutions and programs
Conducting psychological test if needed
Actively engages, giving feedback, coaching employees in the team effectiveness process, and career progression
Qualifications:
Must have minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology
Fresh psychology graduates are welcome to apply. Candidate with working or internship experiences is preferred
Excellent communication skill
Detailed-oriented and comfortable working with data
