Specialist, Organization Development
Key Responsible:
- Develop and execute OD strategies aligned with business goals.
- Assess organizational needs and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Design and optimize organizational structure, job roles, and competencies.
- Lead talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Manage change initiatives and provide guidance on communication and change adoption.
- Develop and maintain performance management system (KPI).
- Lead employee engagement program and cultural development activities.
- Analyze HR and organizational data to support decisions and improvement.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in OD/HR.
- strong knowledge of organization design, competency development, change management and performance management system.
- Experience with assessment tools and organizational analysis method.
- Strong communication, analytical, facilitation and project management skills.
- Ability to lead cross- functional initiatives and drive organizational change
- Good communication in English. Professional fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
