Job Description

Specialist, Organization Development

Key Responsible:

  • Develop and execute OD strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Assess organizational needs and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Design and optimize organizational structure, job roles, and competencies.
  • Lead talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Manage change initiatives and provide guidance on communication and change adoption.
  • Develop and maintain performance management system (KPI).
  • Lead employee engagement program and cultural development activities.
  • Analyze HR and organizational data to support decisions and improvement.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in OD/HR.
  • strong knowledge of organization design, competency development, change management and performance management system.
  • Experience with assessment tools and organizational analysis method.
  • Strong communication, analytical, facilitation and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross- functional initiatives and drive organizational change
  • Good communication in English. Professional fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
