We are currently assist one of our client, an Indonesian company known for its products in the food and beverage industry. The company is renowned for producing a wide range of beverages, including beer, cider, and other alcoholic drinks.
Job Responsibilties:
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and structure optimization to support business growth.
- Develop and implement talent management, succession planning, and competency frameworks.
- Drive performance management systems, KPI alignment, and culture transformation initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to improve productivity, capability building, and change management.
- Analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements aligned with manufacturing/FMCG best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of Organizational Developmentexperience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to work full WFO in Pademangan, North Jakarta.
