Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and review organizational management policies and guidelines for:

a. Organization Design Model

b. Job Naming Convention

c. Job Evaluation

d. Job Family, Job Category & Job Classification

  • Design and manage the organizational development process.
  • Facilitate, review and provide recommendations for organizational changes.
  • Review, analyze and evaluate job descriptions to ensure they are timely and meet required standards or are in accordance with organizational management guidelines.
  • Conduct job evaluations for job scope additions.
  • Conduct workload analysis (WLA) to calculate workload and manpower needs.
  • Update organizational data in the HRIS system to reflect changes in the organizational structure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Organization Development or related HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, job evaluation and workload analysis (WLA).
  • Familiar with performance management and change management.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.
