Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and review organizational management policies and guidelines for:
a. Organization Design Model
b. Job Naming Convention
c. Job Evaluation
d. Job Family, Job Category & Job Classification
- Design and manage the organizational development process.
- Facilitate, review and provide recommendations for organizational changes.
- Review, analyze and evaluate job descriptions to ensure they are timely and meet required standards or are in accordance with organizational management guidelines.
- Conduct job evaluations for job scope additions.
- Conduct workload analysis (WLA) to calculate workload and manpower needs.
- Update organizational data in the HRIS system to reflect changes in the organizational structure.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Organization Development or related HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, job evaluation and workload analysis (WLA).
- Familiar with performance management and change management.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.
