Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (S1). Preferred majors: Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Engineering.
Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO, ASO, or Growth Hacking. Proven track record in managing large-scale websites (Aggregator/E-commerce) is a must.
Advanced Data Proficiency: SQL (Intermediate), Excel/Spreadsheet (Advanced Formula/Pivot), and Data Visualization (Looker Studio/Tableau).
Strong capability in pattern recognition, root-cause analysis, and hypothesis-driven testing.
SEO/GEO: Deep understanding of Search Algorithms, Schema Markup (JSON-LD), Core Web Vitals, and AI Search behavior.
ASO: Experience with tools and metrics that generated from it, like GA4, Appflyer or Adjust (Mobile Measurement Partner), Mobile Action, Sensor Tower, or AppTweak.
